The Bills promoted receiver Brandon Reilly and defensive end Cap Capi to fill their open roster spots. Reilly was a preseason fan favorite after impressing among Buffalo’s reserves and has spent the first 13 weeks of the season on Buffalo’s practice squad. Capi joined Buffalo’s practice squad on Nov. 21.

The Bills also added safety Dean Marlowe and punter Cory Carter to their practice squad.

NEW YORK (AP) The NFL will look into adding targeting as a specific category for video review.

Troy Vincent Cheap Adrian Clayborn Jersey , the league’s football operations chief, says it is on the agenda to discuss with the competition committee and the players’ union after the season.

In responding to questions about helmet-to-helmet hits and players launching to make tackles, Vincent said Wednesday that the NFL has seen targeting reviews ”work to a degree” in the college game.

”I think it is something that we have to consider,” Vincent said. ”We’ve seen that it has worked to a certain degree, it’s clean. … We think there have been some positives and we have talked to some of the conferences and the officials there, as well as with some student-athletes. It is a deterrent and something that we will consider; it is one of our agenda items to discuss during the offseason as we speak to the coaches and the competition committee.

”It needs to be discussed because there are a lot of other ramifications that come along with that. It is on our agenda to be discussed beginning in February.”

Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap wants no part of the college’s targeting ejection system.

”I don’t want to do all that. I think they go overboard in college with the ejections,” he said. ”You know some of them are football plays. If a kid gets ejected for that Cheap Vincent Valentine Jersey , I don’t think that’s right. But they don’t have fines in college, so I don’t know how you handle that one.”

Vincent also noted that coaches, general managers, owners and players are adamant about not wanting players ejected from games unless there is no other option.

”He’ll bring that up in February when we begin meeting with our competition committee, our coaches’ subcommittee and our GMs. We will also bring this up with the NFL Players Association, but it is something that we do need to review.”

”This team was built on the run game before me or Zeke even got here,” Prescott said. ”We’ve got those running backs. Darren McFadden had a great year before Zeke even got here and we know what Alfred Morris can do. I don’t think it changes. It is how this team is built.”

Prescott said he exchanged text messages with Elliott after a federal judge in New York on Monday night turned down the NFL players’ union request for an injunction that would have let him play while the case was in the courts.

”I’m excited about it,” said Greco, who started the first 12 games for the Browns last season before being sidelined by a foot injury. ”I think we will see if it happens.”

”I am real happy for Chad,” Pugh said. ”He has talent and getting thrown into the fire like that, he responded.”

Pugh then smiled, remembering he had to move from left guard to right tackle because of injuries and poor play on the right side.

”We’ll see, maybe I’ll be able to go back to guard,” he said.

NOTES: Pugh is going to host a Thanksgiving dinner on Friday for the linemen#4# their families and friends. He is having his personal chef prepare 65 pounds of turkey, a fried turkey that Fluker won, some hams, and a turducken that guard John Jerry requested. There also will be cornbread, stuffing and appetizers. They are putting plywood over his pool table and bringing in six tables for 35 to 40 people. Britt and fellow wide receiver Corey Coleman were sent back to Cleveland last week for missing curfew while the team was in Houston to play the Texans Cheap Adrian Clayborn Jersey , a person familiar with the situation told the Associated Press on Saturday.

The players missed Saturday night’s curfew and were told to leave the following morning. They were fined and apologized to their Browns teammates, said the person who spoke on condition of anonymity because the team is not commenting on the matter.

The Browns lost 33-17 and fell to 0-6 and 1-21 in two seasons under coach Hue Jackson.
