Time to put that to the test! Week 11 boasts shockingly few real stakes http://www.atlantafalconsteamonline.com/matt-ryan-jersey , at least until the upsets start happening. The upsets gods must find a way to see us through. Below, the Watch Grid attempts to sort your weekend by watchability. As always, watchability is not determined by the quality of your favorite football team, because such glory cannot be contained within a spreadsheet of any size. Your streaming links are here. [Weeknight games removed, for your Saturday convenience.] Saturday Calvin Ridley Jersey Limited , Nov. 10 college football schedule I’ve been doing the Watch Grid for a long time now, and I can’t remember ever straining this hard to find a WATCH THIS game. This is blatantly generous to Texas-Texas Tech, but we’ve got to have at least ONE game in that column, right? Arguments could be made for Ohio State-Michigan State (maybe a blowout, but definitely ugly) http://www.atlantafalconsteamonline.com/calvin-ridley-jersey , Bedlam (probably a blowout), Auburn-Georgia (potentially a blowout, but probably very stupid), or Clemson-Boston College (maybe not a bad choice) as WATCH THIS games, but would you really expect your casual-fan neighbor to come over just for any of those games? All that said: every college football weekend is a good college football weekend. Dumb and beautiful things will happen no matter what’s on the schedule http://www.falconsauthorizedshops.com/authentic-de_vondre-campbell-jersey , and there’s always a chance we stumble into another BLOOD WEEK.Falcons roster cuts: Dan Quinn and Thomas Dimitroff break down the day Now that the Falcons have reduced their roster to 52 players, General Manager Thomas Dimitroff and head coach Dan Quinn held a press conference to address the moves and to speak about what to look for from the team in the days and weeks ahead. Here are some highlights from the presser:The HighlightsThe practice squad will be nailed down in the next 24 hours or so, but they will continue to watch the waiver wire.Quinn emphasized they can and probably will still make moves to reshape the roster not only through this week, but through the first few weeks of the season.Special teams ability helped guys like Richard Jarvis make the 53-man roster.Quinn and Dimitroff emphasized they are continually looking 2 to 3 years out, thinking of who they can develop now to be ready to take over in the future.Scouting staff is working tirelessly on guys who may be cut by other teams that could be a good fit with the Falcons. Coordination with the coaching staff is always ongoing. The open spot on the 53-man roster is flexible. There’s not one particular position they are currently honing in on.Quinn emphasized that guys like Keanu Neal Youth Keanu Neal Jersey , Deion Jones and Jake Matthews all had fantastic offseasons.Matt Gono is a guy they think can be a swing tackle. Still very raw but has traits to build on. He stayed during the summer to get as much of an edge as possible.Quick thoughts:Thomas Dimitroff and Dan Quinn seemed to emphasize that the roster is still in flux somewhat. The idea they could still reshape the 53-man roster through the first few weeks of the season was intriguing. They also did not shy away from the idea that they are intentionally developing guys for the long-term in the hopes of avoiding having to spend big on every single position in the future. The business-minded approach to development really came through strongly.Never under sell how important special teams ability really is. Several guys made the roster based almost solely on their ability to contribute on teams. While the team is focused on developing guys, they also need a group of guys they can rely on from day one.For a more extensive breakdown, check out my thread on twitter:

But it seems like NFL officials have trouble getting on the same page about when it’s appropriate to issue a personal foul for the hit and when to throw the flag at all.Take Thursday night’s Panthers-Steelers game for example. In the third quarter http://www.atlantafalconsteamonline.com/matt-bosher-jersey , Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger ran the ball for 18 yards, easily converting a first down and sliding around the Panthers’ 14-yard line.Carolina safety Eric Reid attempted to tackle Roethlisberger. His shoulder made contact with the quarterback’s helmet, landing a nasty hit on Big Ben. It didn’t take long for the officials to give Reid a personal foul for unnecessary roughness and eject him from the game. Nobody is arguing that Reid didn’t deserve a personal foul, but fans are wondering where the consistency is on these types of calls this season.Earlier in this same game, Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt made a questionable hit on Panthers quarterback Cam Newton. But there was no ejection, let a lone a flag.Just weeks ago, there were two helmet hits against quarterbacks Dak Prescott and Baker Mayfield that weren’t flagged as well.NFL officials need to work on issuing penalties consistently; otherwise they’re going to keep facing frustrated fans and even more frustrated players.Polls reveal that Saints fans are the biggest homers in the NFC South by a wide margin As part of our ongoing FanPulse efforts here at SB Nation, fans of each NFC South team were asked who they thought the best team in the division was. I thought the results were worth sharing because of what they reveal about each fanbase’s psyche at the moment. (Sign up here to take our weekly Falcons survey)The Falcoholic Painfully, most of the fans polled here agree that the Saints are the best team in the division, something that’s impossible to quibble with based on record and healthy talent. A brave 28% of fans polled think Atlanta’s the best team despite their ugly record, injury issues and terrible defense thus far Womens Brandon Fusco Jersey , while a further 15% went for an up-and-down Panthers squad. As is proper, only 1% thought the Bucs were anything other than a paper pirate. How about the rest of our divisional blogs, though? Cat Scratch ReaderOh, this is a little bit more homer-y. Nearly 70% of Panthers fans polled think they’re the best team in the division, compared to 32% for the Saints and 0% for the Falcons and Bucs. I don’t think the Panthers are actually better than the Saints, but hey, you teal fellas and ladies do you.Bucs NationThere’s a mix of pragmatists and believers here. More Bucs fans than Falcons fans were able to force themselves to admit that New Orleans is currently the best team in the division, but a full 20% of them insanely thought the Bucs were the best team in the division despite a catastrophically terrible defense and their predictable fall-off over the last two games. Tampa Bay doesn’t lack for talent, but they lack for results, and personally I’ll need to see them right the ship in a major way in the coming ways if I’m not going to dismiss them out of hand like I do every year. But again, every fanbase should have its homers Womens Desmond Trufant Jersey , as is natural.Speaking of which...Canal Street Chronicles That’s the good stuff. Every single Saints fan polled thought New Orleans was the best team in the NFC South. This result would, I suspect, hold up if the Saints were currently last in the division, because Saints fans are true believers in a way that Falcons fans just are not. You have to admire that, in a way, despite our general disdain for the Saints. Anyways, they also are the best team in the division right now.If you’ll excuse me, I need to go throw up.

Alvin Kamara is a great running back. I think we can acknowledge that and still loathe him for his association with the Saints Authentic Matt Bosher Jersey , and so we shall. The question this week is how the Falcons plan to stop him, and whether that plan will be successful. The good news is that Kamara has scuffled a bit in back-to-back weeks on the ground, with 21 carries for just 75 yards, though he’s scored twice. The bad news is that he’s doing his usual fine work through the air, with 15 receptions for 165 yards already. Were this the same crew on defense as a year ago, I’d be pretty confident. The Falcons knocked Kamara out of the first meeting in 2017—I’m not endorsing that, just saying—which meant his numbers were quite low. The second time around, Kamara managed just 2.7 yards per carry and 32 yards on the ground, though he did get seven receptions for 58 yards. That was when Deion Jones and Keanu Neal were roaming the field, however, and much has changed since then. How should the Falcons stop Kamara? They need to focus on him. Obviously Michael Thomas and the other Saints receiving options are plenty capable, but this secondary remains very good, and a year ago the team managed to not let Thomas kill them, even if he was quite good. Kamara needs to be priority ,1# and whenever possible Youth Matt Bryant Jersey , he needs to have someone dedicated to keeping an eye on him.In an ideal world, that’d be Deion Jones, but Jones isn’t in this game. That means it’s probably going to fall to Duke Riley and whoever else Marquand Manuel and Dan Quinn feel can handle such an onerous task, and the Falcons would be wise to switch things up if they’re burned early. As good as Drew Brees is and as good as this New Orleans offense can be, Kamara is still the biggest single threat in this game. If they get away from paying extra attention to him, he’ll likely make them pay. Will the Falcons be able to stop Kamara? This is a much trickier question to answer. Based on last week’s performance, if Riley has coverage responsibilities for Kamara it’s going to get hairy. Riley was game but made the wrong decision too many times against the Panthers and wound up either out of plays or making miscues that turned into big plays. The Falcons are asking an awful lot of him at the moment, but they don’t really have an obvious alternative unless they’re ready to move on to Foye Oluokun already. Riley will still probably get first crack at Kamara, but chances are good he’s going to wind up surrendering some significant yardage unless he’s made a drastic leap in a single week. The Falcons could then try putting Damontae Kazee or Foye Oluokun on him, or they could really go for it and put him up against one of the team’s cornerbacks who are equipped to deal with him. That’ll likely only become an option if he’s killing the Falcons, though, which unfortunately does seem like a legitimate possibility.I think ultimately the Falcons will find a way to keep Kamara from being the primary reason they lose this game. I also think he’s going to have a strong effort overall, and this week might determine whether Duke Riley stays in Deion Jones’ job going forward or not. It’s not always sunny in Philadelphia: Falcons vs. Eagles may have downpours, lightning You know game time is close when we start looking at weather, and oh man is game time close. We are mere hours away from kicking off another season. So why not start it off with some rain.We aren’t meteorologists at the Falcoholic. In fact http://www.falconsauthorizedshops.com/authentic-desmond-trufant-jersey , none of us even finished high school, but we can definitely read the weather forecast. There’s an over 40 percent chance of rain right around kickoff, with that number dropping off farther into the game. That feels very unofficial, so here’s word from a real meteorologist, Alex Sosnowski from Accuweather. If there’s lightning, the game will certainly be delayed. Nothing like starting out the season with a game delay. Announcers usually run out of anything interesting to say at least two hours before kickoff, so make sure you have enough booze to get through it.If Philadelphia is on the receiving end of a downpour, it should tilt the game a bit towards the Eagles. Preseason suggests Nick Foles has returned to being Nick Foles, and the team is both short Alshon Jeffery and his backup. The expectation was the Eagles would play conservative, we’d see multiple tight end sets, and Jay Ajayi frequently. The rain would limit passing for both teams, a definite plus for the Eagles. We will update with any new weather, but lets hope any rain is short lived.

Sunday as they fell 28-14 to the Seattle Seahawks. Here are a few things we learned in a dismal Week 8 performance:Detroit needs help in the secondarySeattle quarterback Russell Wilson did not test All-Pro corner Darius Slay much on Sunday Authentic Matthew Stafford Jersey , mainly because he did not need to. The Lions defensive backs were all a mess. Nevin Lawson gave up a touchdown when he was in position to break the play up. Teez Tabor failed to make a play on the ball for a touchdown as well, and later was beat deep on a simple corner route for a huge gain. Quandre Diggs also gave up a touchdown on a poor play, and Glover Quin let a ball he could have easily intercepted slip behind him for a big reception. Detroit’s defensive backs — sans Slay — being bad at playing the ball and failing to make plays even when they were in position to has been a huge issue this season. They are giving up receptions too easily and were clearly outmatched by a subpar Seahawks receiving corps. It’s hard to find a fix. No free agent available at this point in the season is going to be a worthwhile addition and with Patrick Peterson now off the trade market there may not be any trade options either. Where ever it comes from, the Lions are desperate for a remedy. Damon Harrison should help Jarrad DavisThe addition of Damon Harrison was an obvious boost to the team’s run defense. When he was on the field Sunday Womens Sylvester Williams Jersey , Detroit looked a lot more sound upfront. The Lions newest addition also looks like he is going to help 2017 first-round pick Jarrad Davis a lot as well. Harrison’s ability to occupy space and not get moved out from the interior makes things easier for the linebacker. Davis has less to worry about now with the gaps in front of him properly filled and it gives him freedom to fly around the field.Davis was everywhere Sunday. He was making tackles from sideline to sideline and was able to build on an impressive performance last week against the Miami Dolphins. The second-year player is finally finding is footing in the NFL and the addition of Harrison is a boost that he will really enjoy.Kenny Golladay has cooled off from hot startKenny Golladay looked like an absolute stud to start the season. The sophomore wide receiver caught 27 passes for 428 yards and three scores in the teams five opening games. He has disappeared since.Golladay was only targeted twice last week against the Dolphins, catching both for 37 yards. He vanished once again this week. The receiver was only targeted one time by Matthew Stafford, catching the pass for 12 yards. The game plan seems to be featuring Marvin Jones Jr. instead recently as the young receiver has taken a back seat. This is not something to be to worried about at the moment, as he could easily be the focus of the offense again next week Color Rush Ricky Jean Francois Jersey , but it is something to take note of going forward. Aaron Rodgers still isn’t happy about the Packers’ offensive production Sunday, but he isn’t mad at Mike McCarthy. The quarterback’s references to the game plan Sunday after the Packers’ shutout of the Bills prompted many to wonder whether friction had developed between Rodgers and McCarthy. Rodgers repeated what McCarthy said Monday: Coach and quarterback have no issues.“We have a great relationship,” Rodgers said, via video from the Green Bay Press Gazette. “There’s always been great communication between us even if there are things that we need to talk about that are tough subjects. We’ve never had a problem finding time and talking. That’s the way it’s been for 10-plus years.“For any relationship Youth Matthew Stafford Jersey , it starts with good communication. You’ve got to be honest with each other and then hug it out afterward. That’s what Mike always says: Conflict is good. You’ve got to keep the conversation going.”The Packers rank 17th in total offense. They gained 423 yards Sunday. Neither number is good enough for Rodgers, who ranks 13th in passer rating at 97.4 with seven touchdowns and an interception in four games.“We’ve got to find ways to be more efficient on offense,” Rodgers said. “Like I said Sunday afternoon, the numbers might have looked good — 420 yards. 50 percent-plus on third down — [but] the execution wasn’t where it needs to be. I’m always going to hold myself and this offense to a higher standard. I’ve got to play better Authentic Michael Roberts Jersey , and as a team we’ve got to play better.”

Will the Detroit Lions keep the good times rolling on Sunday or was last week’s upset victory over the New England Patriots all for not? Week 4 is a litmus test for the NFC North team. Are they truly improving every week or did their serious issues lay dormant for a week.Winning on the road in the NFL is never easy Color Rush LeGarrette Blount Jersey , and the Lions will also be facing a team desperate for a win. The Dallas Cowboys hold the same 1-2 record as the Lions, but in a bigger market they’re facing a lot more scrutiny and they’re coming off a hugely disappointing loss. This early in the season, it’s really hard to read either of these teams, but the staff here at Pride of Detroit is mostly riding the wave of optimism still flowing from last week. Of our 14 staff members, nine are picking the Lions to win this week. Check it out. Vote in the poll below and share your score prediction in the comment section below. It seems weird to propose today’s Question of the Day just a week after the Green Bay Packers lost a game to the Detroit Lions due, at least in part, to some unlucky circumstances. It’s not often your kicker misses four field goals in a game, and even a few calls (see: punt glancing of a Lions player) went against the Packers last Sunday. Week 5 was unlucky to the Packers. They may have still ended up losing to the Lions had they been more lucky http://www.authenticsdetroitlions.com/cheap-nevin-lawson-jersey , but it’s undeniable a few things fell Detroit’s way that night.Well, that didn’t last long, because on Monday night, the Packers picked up a big win over the 49ers thanks to at least a little bit of luck. Green Bay was about to give the ball back to San Francisco after failing to convert a third down a what would become the game-winning drive. However, an illegal contact penalty kept the drive alive, and Aaron Rodgers would easily bring them into field goal range shortly thereafter. This doesn’t feel like a rare occurrence for the Packers. Whether it’s a fortunate call or a highly improbable play that goes in their favor, Green Bay seems to pull out some crazy wins that they had no business of pulling off. So today’s Question of the Day is:Are the Packers the luckiest team in the NFL?My answer: Yes, but not for the reason that you think. The bad calls http://www.authenticsdetroitlions.com/cheap-matt-prater-jersey , the ridiculous Hail Marys, they’re all a false perception. I really don’t believe that the Packers get calls that other teams wouldn’t, or that the league is really trying to favor Green Bay to win. If that were really the case, Aaron Rodgers—one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game—would have a lot more than one Super Bowl. What happened to the Packers Monday night was the exact same thing that happened for the 49ers when the Lions were in town. The Lions were about to get a potential game-winning play, and a ticky-tack defensive penalty ended their chances. Those kind of game-changing calls happen on a weekly basis, and every team has a horror story. But the Packers are the luckiest team in the NFL because they managed to do something that no other team has ever done or will probably ever do again. They managed to have a Hall of Fame quarterback as a face of the franchise, and quickly followed it up with another one. Obviously, Green Bay deserves credit for drafting both Brett Favre (Note: They didn’t draft Favre Color Rush Sylvester Williams Jersey , they traded for him after one season with the Falcons) and Aaron Rodgers, but even in their wildest dreams, they couldn’t have thought that both players would turn out as good as they did. Drafting quarterbacks is hard, and the Packers won the lottery in back-to-back eras. You don’t get any luckier than that.Your turn.Tweets from https://twitter.com/PrideOfDetroit/lists/lions-coverage

the football Authentic Kerryon Johnson Jersey  gods literally added injury to insult. Late in the fourth quarter, the Lions suffered a few key injuries that just so happen to hit the Lions where they are the most vulnerable. The first was to Marvin Jones Jr., who limped off after a fourth quarter catch. The team announced he had a knee injury and was questionable to return. Not only did Jones not return, but he was downgraded to OUT for the Lions’ final offensive drive of the game. To make matters worse, Kenny Golladay was clearly hobbled towards the end of the game. Golladay managed to finish out the final quarter, but don’t be surprised to see him pop up on the injury report next week.Sticking with the offense, Michael Roberts suffered a shoulder injury during a fourth-down reception. The Lions were already short-handed at tight end, as Luke Willson missed the game with a shoulder injury. That left just Levine Toilolo as the Lions’ sole healthy tight end for the final portion of the game. Lastly, Kerryon Johnson had to leave the game temporarily, as it appeared he reaggravated his ankle injury. Johnson was questionable this week, but he played through the pain and managed to come back and finish the game. By the end of the game Authentic Matthew Stafford Jersey , he looked pretty gimpy, but that didn’t stop him from playing through it all.The Lions didn’t give any significant updates on the players after the game, and we likely won’t know more until the team practices on Wednesday, but for an offense struggling to find its stride, it’s not good news that literally all of their top offensive threats left Chicago beat up.Oh, and punter Sam Martin left Soldier Field in an ambulance. Let’s hope for the best for all of these individuals. The season may be all over for all intents and purposes, but no one wants to see players seriously hurt.SNF open thread: Cowboys, Giants square off in early season NFC East matchup The Lions game is over, but there’s still more football for your eyes to chew on.Tonight’s offering of “Sunday Night Football” finds two NFC East teams getting after it in Jerry’s World: The New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys.Earlier in the day, both the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington lost in their respective matchups, bringing both teams to 1-1 Womens Sylvester Williams Jersey , so the winner of tonight’s game will at least have a share of first place in the division until Week 3.  on Thursday night Youth Andre Smith Jersey , before a national television audience. The Cardinals absorbed a 45-10 drubbing by the Denver Broncos to fall to 1-6, one of the worst home losses in franchise history. There were mistakes across the board on offense, defense and special teams. The offense entered last in the NFL in yards per game, and didn't do much to help deflect further criticism. With offensive coordinator Mike McCoy under pressure amid rumors of his possible ousting, the Cardinals went 4 for 14 on third down and gained only 223 total yards.Forced to play from well behind, they managed only 69 rushing yards against the league's worst rushing defense."That's premature to talk about any changes right now," Cardinals first-year head coach Steve Wilks said. "Everybody's going to be evaluated across the board. We've got to find ways to get this thing moving in the right direction."Wilks was pressed on McCoy's status."I didn't say Mike McCoy at all," Wilks said. "I'm talking about changes that could personnel. It could be players. Whatever it may be. It could be scheme."Josh Rosen threw three interceptions — two returned for touchdowns in the first quarter — and lost two fumbles.Broncos linebacker Von Miller had earlier in the week said boldly claimed that the Broncos would kick the Cardinals' behind. The Broncos, 2-4 going in, helped their star linebacker back up his words.Rosen, the 10th overall pick this year, was critical of himself. Miller stripped him of the ball twice and he was sacked six times."Obviously I didn't play up to my standards or even close to it http://www.cardinalsfootballauthentics.com/phil-dawson-jersey-authentic , but there's another one next week," Rosen said.Things were already in such dire straits at halftime that Cardinals fans booed their team off the State Farm Stadium field going into the locker room, and even that was drowned out in part by the cheers from a large number of fans in Broncos orange.Defensively, the Cardinals were caught off guard by wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders' trick-play touchdown pass to a wide open Courtland Sutton in the first quarter, and Sanders was so open on his 64-yard touchdown reception that he had time to execute a flip into the end zone."The one trick play in the first quarter, that was a little surprising," linebacker Haason Reddick said. "No matter what the score is, whether we're down 14, 15 or 60, you've've just got to continue to play and try to get back on top."Denver's rush defense was strong; Arizona, the second-worst rush defense in the league behind the Broncos coming into Thursday, was gashed for a third-quarter 28-yard touchdown run by Phillip Lindsay with the Broncos already ahead 35-3.On special teams http://www.cardinalsfootballauthentics.com/jamar-taylor-jersey-authentic , Brandon Williams leg-whipped Broncos return man DaeSean Hamilton after he called for a fair catch, and the Broncos got the ball at their own 21 instead of the 6, already ahead 28-3.Rosen was replaced by backup Mike Glennon with 5:29 to play and, by that time it was a celebration for Broncos fans in the Cardinals' stadium."Good question," Wilks said when asked why Arizona's offense continues to struggle. "Whether it's not getting movement up front, whether it's not protecting in the pass game, not being able to make the proper throws or make the proper catches, there's a lot that goes around." It was easy to interpret Larry Fitzgerald spiking the football as an emotional release, after his two-point conversion helped the Cardinals win a much-needed game. But the elder wide receiver joked that that the reason for his rare outburst was more personal, because his son Devin decided to go to the state fair yesterday rather than come see his father’s team play the 49ers.鈥淚 was carrying that around all day,鈥?Fitzgerald said of his son’s snub, via Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic. 鈥淪o when I get in there Youth Ricky Seals-Jones Jersey , I kind of let it out. So all the kids that were watching, I鈥檓 sorry, I set a bad example today.鈥漈he good news is, games between teams 1-6 rarely get much traction on the highlight shows, so Fitzgerald may escape what he considers future embarrassment. But for the Cardinals, it was a flicker of life, with the veteran helping rookie quarterback Josh Rosen to a win they needed badly, after firing their offensive coordinator and slogging through the first half of the season. And after catching eight passes for 102 yards and a touchdown, Fitzgerald can remind his son Devin that he missed a pretty good show.

Today Youth Gabe Holmes Jersey , Seth Cox and I are going to tag-team our analysis of the Cardinals poor use of its running back personnel. Seth will be outlining OC Mike McCoy’s history of sub-standard RB play, while I will be focusing a little more strictly on McCoy’s questionable use of the entire RB room.First of all, it is very difficult to imagine that after 5 games, the Cardinals’ stud RB, David Johnson is not even averaging 50 yards per game on the ground. His rushing line is: 74/242/3.3/21/48.4. As Seth will graphically show you—-Johnson has been used almost exclusively as in inside the tackles runner. Defenses are loading the box, calling full-scale LB run blitzes and appear to know exactly when McCoy calls a run—-typically on the majority of 1st downs and almost always on 2nd and 10.Equally troubling is how McCoy is under-utilizing Johnson in the passing game. There has been talk of moving Johnson around to throw to him off of motion and to line him up in the slot to take advantage of coverage mismatches. This type of creativity has been glaringly absent from the game plans to date. Johnson is only averaging 3 catches a game. The one time McCoy ran him on a corner route he scored a 30 yard TD. If you take away that one 30 yard reception, Johnson averages only 6.4 yards per catch in 14 receptions. For a player of his ability, that stat is alarming. The Cardinals #2 RB, rookie Chase Edmonds is only averaging 2.8 yards per carry on 14 rushes, for an average of 7.8 yards per game. In 9 receptions Youth Andre Smith Jersey , Edmonds has 39 yards for a 4.3 yards per catch average. That average would have improved had Edmonds not dropped a 3rd down flat pass versus the 49ers that was wide open with only one defender trailing him from the side.To this point, Edmonds is an enigma. When Steve Keim drafted him, Keim said he likened Edmonds to a star NFL RB, but didn't say which one. Many fans seem to think Keim was referring to former Eagle Brian Westbrook, who was a dynamic dual threat. However, Edmonds’ patient, feel for the gap style is nothing like Westbrook’s. And Edmonds has yet to show an extra gear. The Cardinals actually have a RB on their roster with that extra gear—-someone should perhaps re-introduce him to coaches Wilks and McCoy. His name is T.J. Logan. Logan is a no-nonsense downhill runner who hits the hole in a flash. In the pre-season, did we ever see a run like this from Chase Edmonds or any other RB not named David? On this play, Logan is shot out of a cannon and not only does he hit the hole in a flash, he makes a good http://www.cardinalscheapstore.com/andy-lee-jersey-cheap , quick deke on the FS that enables him to blaze into the end zone. If you notice—-one of the main reasons why this play was a home run—-it was because the Cardinals were using a FB to isolate on the ILB. That FB (Elijhaa Penny), who was arguably the best and most physical blocker in the pre-season, is now playing for the New York Giants, who poached him off of the Cardinals’ practice squad.Derrick Coleman, the FB whom the coaches kept, has been used sparingly—-but even on the few occasions he’s gotten into the game, he’s been used more as a receiver than blocker. In addition, McCoy uses Coleman on reverse FB dives in 3rd and short situations (which is a good play). The Cardinals need a FB who is a blocker first and then a runner and receiver. Again—-it’s hard to imagine that a healthy David Johnson is averaging a mere 56.4 all-purpose yards per game in 5 games. Chase Edmonds is averaging 12.1 all-purpose yards per game. And T.J. Logan has been watching the last few games from the sidelines as one of the inactives. Apparently the coaches believe that Brandon Williams is a better kickoff returner than Logan, even though Logan finished as the 4th all-time leader in all-purpose yards at North Carolina (4,926 yards) and was 2nd in the NCAA in kickoff return average his senior year (with a 32.9 average). In his college career Youth Budda Baker Jersey , Logan scored 28 TDs—- 5 TDs on kickoff returns,19 TDs rushing and 4 TDs receiving.Report: Sam Bradford will have short leash, Josh Rosen will play if starter struggles again It could be time today. The Arizona Cardinals have reportedly told rookie quarterback Josh Rosen to be ready today, that if incumbent starter and veteran Sam Bradford continues to struggle, the team will go to their rookie quarterback. This was the story this morning on Fox’s NFL preview show from insider Jay Glazer:It would be a big move from the Cardinals and their new coaching staff, but one that has been talked about due to the struggles of the Arizona Cardinals offense.Bradford currently is last in the NFL in yardage for players with at least two games played, with 243 yards, has not thrown a touchdown in 61 pass attempts, has two interceptions thrown and sits with a 55.6 quarterback rating. The Cardinals anemic offense is last in yardage, passing yardage Cheap Christian Kirk Jersey , scoring, plays run, yards per play and first downs. In other words, outside of being 31st in rushing, the Cardinals are the worst offensive team in every other major offensive statistical category. If that maintains for another half, it will be Josh Rosen time.

in San Francisco For the first time this season Womens David Johnson Jersey , the Cardinals philosophy of don’t let the offense screw it up, worked as the Cardinals won 28-18.The first offensive play of the game made you excited, but the rest of the game was just depressing offensively.Josh Rosen connected with Christian Kirk on a 75-yard touchdown pass to open up the game, and the Cardinals finished with only 223 yards of offense against a 49ers team that was 27th in points per game and 19th in yards per game. That doesn’t mean much against this Cardinals offense, who is unequivocally and undoubtedly the worst in the NFL at this juncture. The fast start on offense was matched by an equally impressive first half on defense, as the Cardinals would force two turnovers, one that setup the Cardinals second touchdown, a two-yard David Johnson run.It was the dreaded second half that hurt the Arizona Cardinals again on offense, as the team produced a measly 77 yards of offense. It caused the defense to play an ungodly amount in the second half Authentic Tre Boston Jersey , playing over 20 minutes of defense in the second half alone, as the offense had the ball for only seven minutes and 44 seconds. That’s what happens when your offense can’t stay on the field or sustain drives. However, it didn’t matter, because the Cardinals defense made play after play in this game. The Cardinals forced five turnovers, while Josh Rosen, who struggled today, managed to protect the ball and not turn it over, which allowed the defense to play from ahead and it helped.Tre Boston started the day with an interception, Chandler Jones had a sack http://www.arizonacardinalsteamonline.com/andre-smith-jersey , fumble recovery, Patrick Peterson recovered a fumble, returned it inside the five, Haason Reddick had a strip sack that Josh Bynes returned for a touchdown and Been Benwikere finished off the day with an interception with a long return that setup the Cardinals fourth and final touchdown if the day, a David Johnson eight-yard run.It was what Steve Wilks has been waiting for and what he needed, as the Cardinals are on the board in the win column. The offense still was not good, but it was good enough for this week.David Johnson and Le’Veon Bell are excited about Todd Gurley’s new contract When Adam Schefter tweeted out the sky high parameters of Todd Gurley’s new contract with the Los Angeles Rams, the exuberance from David Johnson and Le’Veon Bell could not be contained. Both immediately tweeted out there congratualations immediately:That is because the triumvirate have created a bond in seeking to destroy the previous understanding and expectations of running back contracts.Gurley has done just that, and Bell and Johnson are set to enjoy the spoils soon as well. While there is no guarantee a deal gets done in 2018 for either player Womens Larry Fitzgerald Jersey , the 2019 offseason promises to be a prosperous one for each of the running backs.Bell will be a free agent, the most decorated running back in football and 27 years old.Meanwhile, whether the Cardinals extend DJ, franchise him or let him walk in free agency, the $1.8 million he is playing on in 2018 will be peanuts compared to the sum he will garner in 2019.The change in running back salary may not be long term or permanent, but it surely will be felt by at least two more players in Bell and Johnson.
