Elevator Manufacturer place great emphasis on the safety of elevators when designing elevators, and many safety equipment and systems have been designed for elevators.

Hall door and door

In order to start the elevator, an important condition is that all hall doors and doors must be closed. As long as a door is not closed, the elevator will not start. This is because mechanical and electrical interlocks are installed on each door. If the door is not closed, the circuit will not work and the elevator will not start. In general, the elevator is equipped with an automatic door lock. When the door is closed, the lock arm is inserted into the switch box and the lock arm head is moved upward to push the travel switch contact to open the elevator control circuit. The vehicle can only be driven when the electrical contacts on all doors are connected. car.

Overload test

Before the elevator is completed, the elevator has been overloaded, that is, when 110% of the rated load is added to the car and the overload protection circuit is energized 40%, the reciprocating operation reaches 30 times in the full stroke range, and the elevator can reliably start up. If it runs, stops, and all components are normal, it can be transferred. This test guarantees the normal operation of the elevator in the future.

Buffer

If all of the above safety devices fail (which may be rare), the safety of the elevator is ensured by the last safety device buffer when the elevator car or counterweight is flushed into the pit. The damper is installed in the pit of the hoistway, generally three, two are installed at the bottom of the corresponding vehicle, and one is installed under the counterweight. The buffer is divided into a spring buffer and a hydraulic buffer. When the car or counterweight is pressed against the shock absorber, the shock absorber is deformed by the pressure, causing the car or counterweight to bounce, and after the bounce is repeated, the car or counterweight is buffered, and finally the stationary state does not come. Counterweight buffers also avoid car collisions. Before the car gets on the bus, the counterweight frame hits the counterweight buffer to avoid the danger of the car hitting the floor of the machine room.

Independent lighting and power lines

When the elevator fails, the power must be turned off in order to stop the elevator. However, only the power is turned off to make the elevator inoperable. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure lighting, ventilation and alarm devices in the car to prevent the elevator from being powered off. The car is dark and unable to communicate with the outside world, causing passengers to fear and panic. In addition, to ensure the slot on the car, the lighting socket in the machine room, and the electricity in the hoistway lighting, so the light on the wall of the hoistway is bright, when people pick up the car through the safety window, the accident ENT can be avoided.

You may be surprised to find that approximately 1,900 babies, children and adolescents are damaged by the elevator each year. Therefore, you need to pay special attention to your child taking the elevator. Elevator Manufacturer Fuji offers the following tips:

1. Make sure the children know that the door is timed and how to use the door open button if someone enters the door.

2. Never take the stroller on the escalator. Please use the elevator instead.

three. Don't let your child sit on the escalator, clothes or fingers will be caught. Never let your child ride a bicycle or play with a handrail.

4. Don't sit on an escalator or play on an escalator - it shouldn't be considered an amusement park.

5. Fasten your laces before going up the escalator.

6. Do not force the elevator door to open. Don't try to leave the elevator.

The design of the elevator takes into account safety, but those who take the elevator also need to know how they should interact with them and others while waiting and taking the elevator. This is especially true for children who don't have much experience in the elevator. There are some safe elevators here, and every child should know.

Do not take the elevator in a fire. You should teach your child to use the stairs as soon as possible in the event of a fire, especially if they live in an apartment building. Make sure they know the location of the stairs and even consider setting up an external meeting place to prevent you from separating. If the child is trapped alone in the elevator, they should know how to use the elevator's call button for help and wait for an adult expert to help them.

here are many types of elevators available. Elevator Manufacturer can usually classify elevators into the following different types depending on the type of elevator drive:

Rope hydraulic home elevator

The hydraulic pump connected to the piston and pulley increases the ease of use of the hydraulic system. The pressure of the hydraulic oil forces the piston to rise and the elevator car pushes up. This process is reversed, allowing the elevator car to return safely. The system is also very popular because it will never be suspended in the air like a cable elevator. However, many hydraulic elevators require pockets and machine rooms, and hydraulic fluids need to be replaced periodically.

Cable driven elevator system

Cable-driven elevator systems use pulleys, counterweights, motors and rails to move the elevator car up and down the shaft. There is no need to build pits and machine rooms, which will reduce labor costs during installation. The chain smoothly moves the elevator car up and down. Chain-driven domestic elevators typically use a counterweight that is equal to the weight of the 40% loaded elevator car and is suspended at the other end of the elevator car's own chain.

Inline gear train

The built-in gear system does not place the motor assembly on top of the cab, but instead improves the basic chain drive concept by placing the motor assembly on top of the shaft instead of the standard chain drive system. This type of home elevator system has less space on the axles, lowers construction costs, and allows for faster access to emergency control outside the vehicle, which is common in low-rise homes because they are easily placed between floors Was promoted.

Different drive types have different characteristics and you need to select the drive type as needed.
