Coach Bruce Arians revealed the extent of their injuries at his regular day-after news conference Friday.

Humphries has an MCL injury and a dislocated kneecap. Branch was to undergo cartilage repair surgery Friday and ACL surgery later Bengals Jessie Bates III Jersey , Arians said.

Backup tight end Ifeanyi Momah broke a leg in the game and also is headed for season-ending injured reserve.

The injuries came three weeks after quarterback Carson Palmer broke his left arm and was placed on injured reserve. Star running back David Johnson has been out all season with a broken wrist. Outside linebacker Markus Golden also is gone for the season with a knee injury.

Arians said Humphries, in his third NFL season, probably will be out for three months.

”It’s a shame because he’d been playing really, really well,” Arians said.

The coach said Jared Veldheer probably will be moved from right tackle back to the left side Seahawks Byron Maxwell Jersey , where he had played most of his career. John Wetzel will be at right tackle.

Branch had been one of the stalwarts on defense.

”You lose your top tackler. He was having a great year,” Arians said. ”I don’t know if he had the reputation to play in the Pro Bowl, but he had the game. He was playing at that level. He bailed us out twice last night when guys were beat. He came over the top and broke up balls. It’s just a shame.”

At least seven players were hurt in the Seahawks game Thursday night, including Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman with a ruptured Achilles tendon.

Arians was asked if playing on a short week contributed to the injuries.

The loss left Arizona at 4-5 going into a game at Houston a week from Sunday.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) The Minnesota Vikings offense is down its starting quarterback http://www.sanfrancisco49ersteamonline.com/mike-mcglinchey-jersey , star rookie running back and best receiver.

With a defense like they have, the Vikings have not missed a beat.

Everson Griffen had two of Minnesota’s five sacks and Latavius Murray rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown to help the Vikings to a 24-16 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

The Vikings (5-2) held the Ravens to 208 total yards and Kai Forbath kicked six field goals, including two of at least 50 yards. Griffen has nine sacks , including one in seven straight games to open the season. Former Purple People Eater Jim Marshall is the only other Viking to have a sack in each of the first seven games to start a season.

”He’s just an all-day work for whoever he’s playing against,” Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said of Griffen. ”He’s not going to take plays off. He’s going to keep fighting and I think that’s the biggest thing about him.”

Justin Tucker kicked three field goals for the Ravens (3-4), including a 57-yarder in the first half. Joe Flacco completed 26 of 38 passes for 186 yards, but a good chunk of his yards came in garbage time, including a 13-yard touchdown to Chris Moore as time expired.

”We went in here thinking they had a good defense, and we had a good defense Broncos Royce Freeman Jersey ,” Flacco said. ”We knew that both teams saw each other in a similar fashion and felt we were going to be the offense to break through and score a couple touchdowns and get ourselves ahead. MURRAY BREAKS OUT

The Vikings signed Latavius Murray in the offseason to help them replace longtime star Adrian Peterson. But ankle surgery caused him to miss all of the offseason workouts and training camp and most of the preseason as well, putting him behind Dalvin Cook and Jerick McKinnon on the depth chart.

”Once he went out we weren’t able to really take any deep shots over the top of them for whatever reason, whether it was personnel or what they were giving us up front,” Flacco said.

BRIGHT SPOT

Ravens CB Brandon Carr made a brilliant play to nullify the momentum Minnesota had gained by a 46-yard punt return by Marcus Sherels in the first quarter. Case Keenum’s first play was a deep ball to Laquon Treadwell, but Carr jousted with the 6-foot-2 receiver all the way down the field. Treadwell tried to keep the ball alive, but Carr snatched it out of the air for an interception .

It’s a huge concern for a team built to run the ball and play great defense.

”It’s something we have to change,” coach Doug Marrone said Monday. ”We want to be able to run the football and put ourselves in manageable situations. I think that’s going to help us along with our play-action game and being able to take shots – basically what our philosophy has been the whole time.

”I’ve got to do a better job, and the coaches, of putting those guys in a good position, schematically Seahawks Cliff Avril Jersey , and being able to take advantage of some of these heavy fronts that we see.”

The Jaguars (7-4) still lead the league in rushing, averaging 154.3 yards a game, but have been under that mark in each of the last three games. The last time they eclipsed their average was in a Week 7 victory at Indianapolis.

Jacksonville hosts the Colts (3-8) on Sunday. It’s the first of three consecutive home games and a chance to get the ground game back on track.

Nelson caught five passes from Hundley for 50 yards against the Vikings after Rodgers left the game, but in Hundley’s four starts, Nelson has just 10 receptions for 92 yards. He also hasn’t caught a touchdown pass since Rodgers went down.

JONES APOLOGIES

Rookie running back Aaron Jones apologized Tuesday after news broke that he is facing three charges and possible NFL discipline after an arrest Oct. 1 during a traffic stop. According to Wisconsin Circuit Court records, Jones has been charged with operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in his system, speeding (24 mph over the posted speed limit of 55) and operating a vehicle without a valid license. Jones’ arrest occurred a week before his breakout game at Dallas on Oct. 8 Authentic Adrian Clayborn Jersey , and he entered a plea of not guilty on Nov. 15.

The inability to execute the deal with Cincinnati – a day after one-time target Jimmy Garoppolo was traded from New England to San Francisco, the NFL’s other winless club – seemed to underscore a rift between a coaching staff needing talent to win, and executives trying to stick to a long-term vision.

Now, the Chicago Blackhawks hope he’s the right fit for them.

The Blackhawks acquired the talented but inconsistent 22-year-old winger from the Coyotes in a four-player trade Wednesday. Chicago also got them defenseman Adam Clendening and sent winger Richard Panik and minor league forward Laurent Dauphin to Arizona.

Duclair has nine goals and six assists in 33 games this season, scoring in each of his last two games after reports surfaced that he had asked for a trade.

”It’s gone back for a few years now where the team wasn’t particularly happy with the player and the player wasn’t particularly happy with the team and we worked through some things, tried a lot of different approaches in a lot of different ways,” Coyotes general manager John Chayka said on a conference call. ”I hope he has success in Chicago and does good things.”

Acquiring Duclair is another step for Blackhawks GM Stan Bowman to try to shake up a perennial contender fighting to maintain a playoff position. They put defenseman Cody Franson on waivers Monday and sent him to the minors and have shuffled around their roster in recent weeks.

”We’re trying to get faster and really add youth to our team as well,” Bowman said. ”We’ve got a lot of young players. I think he’s going to fit into that group. You can’t just have a group of 23 young players. You’ve got the veteran guys Authentic Tyson Ross Jersey , too, that are some of our best players. It’s sort of that combination. I really don’t look at this as a deadline move as much as just trying to get better.”

There’s some things that I think should stay behind closed doors. It was a long process. We went through a lot of different approaches and a lot of different things through two different (coaching) staffs here and at the end of the day just felt that for both sides it was best to move on.”

Duclair’s agent, Kent Hughes Cheap Kyle Lauletta Jersey , said: ”I think we are on the same page in terms of a trade being best for both sides. John was great to deal with and Anthony hopes the trade ends up working out for both sides.”

Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville announced before his team’s game against the Minnesota Wild that Panik was out of the lineup and had been traded for Duclair.

Panik, 26, has six goals and 10 assists in 37 games after signing a $5.6 million, two-year contract.

”I guess they weren’t happy with my performance,” Panik said.

His goal Tuesday night in an 8-2 victory at Ottawa was his first since Oct. 21, ending a 27-game drought.

”When you look at goal-scorers Cheap Darius Leonard Jersey , sometimes there’s a variation in how they’re scoring,” Chayka said. ”We feel like some of it this year has just been some unluckiness. We still think he’s playing a well-rounded game, still think he’s doing a lot of good things that he was doing in the past.
