Taylor has usually been a safe QB in fantasy but a lack of offensive weapons around him has seen him post only two games with more than 200 yards passing this season and only 28 yards rushing over his last three games. If he’s not going to run, then his fantasy value is extremely limited. It’s not all his fault, as his number one WR, Jordan Matthews, is still considered week to week with a thumb injury. His top target, tight end Charles Clay, is out multiple weeks after knee surgery. It’s pretty much LeSean McCoy or bust right now for Buffalo.

JARED GOFF, QB Cheap Tom Brady Jersey , Los Angeles Rams (50 percent)

Yeah, the pickings are slim as it seems quite a few fantasy owners are rostering two quarterbacks this season. Hopefully, if you own Rodgers or Jameis Winston (shoulder injury), you have a capable backup. But if not, Goff could make a suitable replacement. He’s played much better under a QB-friendly system and has solid weapons in Todd Gurley, Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods, and Cooper Kupp.

TREVOR SIEMIAN, QB, Denver Broncos (51 percent)

Siemian plays for the best team of this quartet. The Broncos have what might be the NFL’s best defense Cheap Tedy Bruschi Jersey , which should put him in good field position during games. Richard is not spectacular, but if he were to take over the starting role or just have a bigger role in the offense, his value would go up. The Raiders still have one of the best offensive lines in the league – even though they aren’t playing like it.

ROGER LEWIS, WR Cheap Steve Grogan Jersey , New York Giants (44 percent)

Someone has to catch the ball for the Giants. Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall are out for the season due to ankle injuries. Sterling Shepard is out with an ankle injury of his own. This leaves the passing offense in the hands of Evan Engram and Lewis, who won’t be a star but could be a flex starter at least during bye weeks.

ZACH MILLER, TE, Chicago Bears (24 percent)

Who does a young rookie QB like to throw to? His big bulky target that is close to the line of scrimmage in the middle of the field. Miller is that target and has also become a top red zone guy for Mitchell Trubisky as he has caught TD passes in both games that the rookie QB has played.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) Restricted free agent receiver Cameron Meredith is the newest member of a New Orleans Saints offense that ranked second in the NFL last season.

Sean Payton said Wednesday that Meredith has signed with New Orleans after the Chicago Bears declined to match an offer from the Saints. Meredith’s agent Cheap Vincent Valentine Jersey , Cliff Brady, said the Bears declined to match the two-year offer worth about $10 million.

The Bears had until Wednesday afternoon to decide on whether to keep their 2016 receiving leader, who missed all of last season with a major knee injury.

The 25-year-old Meredith has played two NFL seasons. He caught 66 passes for 888 yards and four touchdowns two seasons ago, when his position coach was Curtis Johnson Cheap Trey Flowers Jersey , who is now with the Saints.

”It’s kind of scary, because it shows me I’ve been in the league a long time,” said the 28-year-old Miller , whose team hosts the New York Jets on Sunday . ”I really don’t try to focus on that stuff. If this was the sixth time that I’ve led the NFL in sacks, I’d be doing back flips right now. You have to stay even-keeled and come to work and grind it out.”

These days, Miller feels like his role in the room and on the field is simple: Keep the team together. He’s stepping up to be even more of a leader under such trying times and with the fifth-ranked defense constantly carrying the load for a struggling offense. ”That’s what I can control. The Giants announced they were no longer in the mix to work out a trade for the Marlins slugger and NL MVP after having reached the parameters of a deal with new Miami CEO Derek Jeter and his team. The Cardinals also said Stanton had declined to accept a deal to St. Louis.

The leader of the U.S. Olympic Committee says the plan is to take a team to the Pyeongchang Games ”unless it’s legally or physically impossible.”

Returning to the site of his first World Cup victory, Paris dominated on home snow Thursday to end the season-long podium drought for Italy’s men’s team.

The start of the race was delayed for 45 minutes while course workers finished clearing the 40 centimeters (16 inches) of snow that fell on the piste Wednesday.

”I’m always happy when it snows. In winter you need snow,” said Paris, who comes from the Val d’Ultimo in Italy’s German-speaking Alto Adige region.

The snow softened the Stelvio’s bumps#4# making it less of a physical test than in past years – when most skiers doubled over in exhaustion at the finish.

”The right word is `easier’ but that doesn’t mean it’s easier to win,” Svindal said. ”It means it was easier to get to the finish line.”

Downhill world champion Beat Feuz of Switzerland finished fourth and Hannes Reichelt of Austria was fifth.

Svindal, who had won the previous two downhills, still leads the discipline standings.

With the sun moving in and out behind clouds and the course mostly in the shade to begin with, there were several ugly falls.

Dominik Schwaiger of Germany was airlifted off the course and brought to a local hospital with unspecified injuries after a high-speed crash. Guillermo Fayed and Matthieu of France were dealing with various bruises after similar falls and Travis Ganong of the United States was getting his knee checked at the U.S. team hotel.

An Alpine combined race is scheduled for the Stelvio on Friday.

BUFFALO Cheap Rashaan Gaulden Jersey , N.Y. (AP) The Buffalo Bills fired offensive coordinator Rick Dennison after the team finished 29th in offense this season.

The team announced the move on Friday. Their running attack fell to sixth after leading the league the past two seasons.

Buffalo’s offense topped 300 yards just nine times in 17 games and scored only eight touchdowns in its final seven games. Dennison’s play-calling was questioned after Buffalo scored just three points against Jacksonville in the franchise’s first playoff game in 18 years.

Dennison wasn’t coach Sean McDermott’s first choice for the job last offseason – that was former San Diego Chargers coach Mike McCoy. But McCoy took the Green Bay Packers’ offensive coordinator job and was fired midseason.

McCoy is expected to be a candidate to join McDermott’s staff in Buffalo.

Other possible candidates include former Seattles Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell, former New York Giants head coach Ben McAdoo, former Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Rob Cudzinski. Mike Shula Cheap Donte Jackson Jersey , the former offensive coordinator in Carolina, previously worked with McDermott and Bills general manager Brandon Beane.

McDermott was non-committal when discussing potential coaching staff changes during the season-ending news conference on Tuesday. The coach said any decisions would be his, but Beane would be involved with coordinating possible coaching changes with roster moves this offseason.

Dennison was Kubiak’s offensive coordinator in Houston from 2010-13 and had a previous stint as the Broncos’ offensive coordinator from 2006-08.

The decision to part ways with Dennison also raised questions about the future of Taylor, who has one year left on his contract. Taylor’s production declined in his third year as a starter and he was benched in favor of rookie Nathan Peterman for a game at the Los Angeles Chargers in November.

The quarterback change backfired after Peterman threw five interceptions in the first half of a 54-24 loss.

That’s been a common refrain after each of the previous 12 losses by 20 or more points during his 5+ seasons as Indy’s coach. Few, though, have looked as bleak as this one.

Jacksonville finished with 518 total yards, Indy had 232. The Jaguars tied a franchise record with 10 sacks, becoming only the third in league history to tally 10 or more twice in a season and the first to achieve it against the Colts during their Indianapolis era.

Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles, who had spent most of the season playing it safe, threw deep and wound up 18 of 26 for a season high 330 yards and one touchdown. He even led the Jags to scores on their first four possessions to take a 20-0 halftime lead.

But those numbers only told part of the day’s dismal story.

When the Colts walked off the field at halftime, they were serenaded by loud boos. When they returned in the second half Cheap Tom Brady Jersey , many fans left a stadium that never was full and those who stuck around continued booing throughout the second half of Indy’s first regular-season shutout in 375 games, dating to a 38-0 loss to New England in December 1993. Everyone, including Indy’s players sounded frustrated.

”The offensive line just has to play better,” receiver T.Y. Hilton said after catching two passes for 27 yards. ”As far as receivers, nothing can change it. We’ve got to take some pride up front and block more. What if we put them back there and take those hits? We have to start up front. Once we get the O-line going and back in rhythm, we’ll be fine.”

By snapping a four-game losing streak at Lucas Oil Stadium, Jacksonville (4-3) has taken a two-game lead over Indy in the AFC South and they did it without Leonard Fournette, the league’s second-leading rusher, who was inactive with a sprained right ankle.

Instead, Bortles tossed the Colts a curveball by throwing deep and using Chris Ivory and T.J. Yeldon to grind it out.

The combination worked perfectly.

Bortles finished with his fourth-highest single-game rating (124.7), Yeldon ran nine times for 122 yards and sealed the win with a 58-yard scoring run late in the third quarter.

”We wanted to make sure we were able to spend a little bit more time practicing a little bit more on shots down the field, put a little bit more emphasis on it during the week, and hopefully they’d play the coverages and things of that nature that we were practicing against Cheap Steve Grogan Jersey ,” Jags coach Doug Marrone said. ”Those are the types of plays that, I think, on the first four possessions it was probably a big play on every one of those possessions.”

The Colts, meanwhile, only had one serious scoring chance.

”It wasn’t designed to happen the way it happened,” Pagano said. ”It’s on me. It wasn’t on him (Jacoby Brissett) – that’s on me. We didn’t get the right play in. There was confusion. The kid tried to do the best he could.”

Gates expressed optimism about his football future shortly after the Chargers’ resurgent season ended with a 30-10 rout of the rival Oakland Raiders on Sunday.

”I have a little saying that I say to my kids: I’ve still got the juice,” Gates said with a grin.

Gates will turn 38 years old in June, but the top-scoring tight end in NFL history does not sound ready to retire. He caught four passes for 46 yards against the Raiders in his second straight game of heavy work – and the final game of his current contract with the Chargers, his only team in 15 NFL seasons.

”I think for the last couple of months, I was kind of on the border,” Gates said. ”I was trying to figure out what I can do physically. So just going out there and getting an understanding of what I can do. Can I still play? Sometimes you need that reinforcement Cheap Mark Walton Jersey , because as you get up in age, you need to go out and physically do it, because it helps you mentally.”

Gates caught his 112th touchdown pass in early September, surpassing Tony Gonzalez’s record for TD catches by a tight end. He finished the season with 30 catches for 416 yards and three touchdowns while largely playing behind Hunter Henry, the Bolts’ breakout second-year tight end.

But with Henry out for the season in the past two games, Gates stepped up with 10 catches for 127 yards. He caught two TD passes in the Chargers’ final three games, and his tiptoe catch near the sideline against the Raiders showed that his well-forged connection with Philip Rivers is still strong.

”I think you saw the last three weeks when he needed to be the so-called every-down tight end Cheap Malik Jefferson Jersey , he can certainly still do it,” Rivers said of Gates.

”He was very effective when we needed him in a bigger role because of Hunter being down. Obviously, his contract is up. Shoot, he’s had a heck of a go at it thus far, so we’ll see where it is from there. So who knows?”

Gates realizes his future with the Chargers also depends on the team’s opinion. Although he acknowledged that a move to a surefire Super Bowl contender would be tempting if the opportunity arose, he still feels a loyalty to the Chargers.

”When a championship is your priority, you’ll always entertain the idea Cheap Sam Hubbard Jersey ,” Gates said of a move.

”But for me, I would love to win one here. That would be a priority for me, and I think however that has to happen, I will definitely talk it over with my family. … To me, it would be beneficial if I did it here. It would be something I would love to do, but I understand the dynamics of the business.”

Gates put no timetable on his decision, saying he will discuss it extensively with his family.

The Chargers haven’t indicated whether Gates would be in their plans for 2018 when they already have Henry Cheap Billy Price Jersey , but Gates was effective as a backup while staying healthy. Gates thinks the arrangement could work again – even if it goes against his competitive instinct.

”I think it was more conducive to me being productive, rather than enjoying it,” Gates said with a laugh. ”I don’t think anybody enjoys being a backup, especially since I’ve been starting since I was 10. … Enjoying something you’re not accustomed to is the toughest part for me.

”I’m more comfortable playing the starting role than I am the backup role, but when you want something that you’ve never had, you make sacrifices. That’s what it was for me.”
