I know customer service does not make all the decisions from StevenCao's blog

Many individuals have voiced their appreciation with how problems are managed in a timely friendly manner. The Live Chat and the GM's who help with the tickets go buy Maplestory M Mesos out of their way to help fix issues, and answer questions, and assist players. Well, I'm not happy. And I am not the sort of guy who bashes on maplestory without a reason.

Since Colour came out, I haven't been able to create any new ghost character. Between the Beast Tamer and Shade release, they ended up altering the personality name filter to not allow "ghost". I have sent in a ticket, so I've spoke to GMs, I've reached out into the MLC about this, but nothing has been done about it for the last year. It is frustrating since even a mediocre programmer could correct this matter. It is not that's something hard to accomplish, it is that there's somebody in the company that's saying no to fix this.

I know customer service does not make all the decisions, but I wonder if they're actually passing down exactly what the players want in person tickets like these. Customer service might not be the person to blame, but my rage is blinding me to some point where I can not be happy with any component of Nexon.

P.S. To provide more insight , ever because I begin playing maple almost 9 years ago, I have always made a character with it suffix as "ghost", and I've made a lot of characters because I started. For Nexon to filter out the name makes me feel like I've been banned to create any fresh characters. And in a way I am letting that happen by refusing to make anymore new characters until that is fixed. So this is not just a "it would be fine if Nexon did so" request to me, it's something which means a lot for me. I'd really like to make a Shade along with a Kinesis this winter (not to overlook all of the NX I'd spend if I be able to earn those characters).

Witch Malady's dialog is long and dull. Items can only be bought one, and can only be cooked by one. Cooking one item means going through 6 or 5 dialogue boxes (and choosing an option in each, so that you can not even junk the NPC Chat crucial). And you have to cook up a dozen intermediate items until you're able to make a solitary Stew, which is pretty much the only one of Malady's concoctions that's still useful.

The approach is long and it is painful and it provides an edge to individuals that would Maple M Mesos like to break the rules and macro the process in their keyboards or controllers.

I feel that collecting the required materials is already tedious enough, so the crafting process can be streamlined without creating the whole event a "freebie."
