Lots of views to a page doesn't
necessarily mean it's a good page. There's more than meets the eye! Total
pageviews divided by unique pageviews gets you the average number of
times a page is visited in one session. If that number is high, it can
mean your site structure is confusing to people. Note that there can be
other explanations too, like our knowledge
base articles. People refer to those a couple of times during
a single session, as they're following steps listed there. Our research
