Million Strategic Funding Round for PeerNova
PeerNova—an enterprise software
company developing blockchain-based solutions for the financial
industry—announced on Tuesday it had raised $31 million in growth funding led
by Mosaik Partners, an existing PeerNova investor focused on backing
commerce-enabling technology companies that are ready to expand.
“PeerNova's Cuneiform Platform
enables financial institutions to attain end-to-end digitization by unifying
disparate sources of data and lifecycle events,” a press release by PeerNova
explained.
Other existing PeerNova backers
who invested in the strategic funding round were Medici Ventures—the venture
capital arm of U.S.-headquartered internet retailer Overstock—and Intuitive
Venture Partners.
